Refund & Return Policy

If a key or subscription code doesn't activate, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a screenshot of the error. We'll replace it, and refund you in full if we can't. Codes that have already been redeemed successfully can't be refunded.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

If we cancel an order, or can't fulfil it because stock ran out, you get a full refund with no questions asked.

Email support with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within one working day and tell you the next step.

Approved refunds go back through the same method you paid with (bKash, Nagad or bank) within 3 to 7 working days.

Change of mind on a delivered digital code, accounts banned by the service provider for policy violations, and damage caused after delivery.
